Best kinds of PSPs, as they can be easily modded, and can have custom firmware installed (well worth it).
Why modded PSPs, custom firmware?
Because you can then modify the XMB, use legally owned backups of games, and homebrew apps/games, and shells (alternatives to the default XMB, such as the popular IRShell)
I can't explain everything, because there is so much that i simply do not know. But you get the idea. The best sites to visit are definitely PSP-Hacks and PSPUpdates
